Our policy
GetCode respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. GetCode will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent UK/EU law.
To submit a takedown notice
Send a written notification to copyright@getcode.one containing: (1) Your name, address, and contact information. (2) A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed. (3) The URL or other specific location on GetCode where the allegedly infringing material is located. (4) A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised. (5) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate. (6) Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notifications
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to copyright@getcode.one. Your counter-notice must include: (1) Your name, address, phone number, and email. (2) Identification of the removed material and its previous location. (3) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake. (4) Your signature and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
GetCode will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
